Mama, I miss you so much. I crocheted all day long on your birthday.(Just like you) Every day that passes I see myself more like you. I will be with you again one day but until then you are in my heart and I am cherishing all of the wonderful memories that we made together. I still brush my hair just like you taught me to do. I wear you finger print around my neck everyday and it makes me feel like I still have a touch of your love daily. I am so thankful and blessed that Margie was a part of my life.  She was a beautiful lady inside and out.  I'll always love her and miss our "phone visits", but I know she's in a better place now.  Teresa and her family did a wonderful job caring for her; and during this difficult time, each of them are in my thoughts and prayers.

please keep my family in your prayers, we lost a wonderfull woman this morning that had been fighting cancer , shes in gods hands now and she wont have to suffer anymore. The first time I ever met (MaMaw Jones)was in 2001. She grew on me right away,with her kind words, and smile.She excepted me and my children into the family before I even knew if I wanted to stay.. Everytime Darin and I would visit her,she would worry more about what she could get for us, eat drink, and her famous line, if I knew you were coming I would have baked you a cake...  that was the first time I had ever heard that in my life. and she always had that warm little laugh afterwards. She always made me feel like I was at home.. Even a few days before Jesus called her home, Darin and I were visiting her and even though I'm not real sure she reconized us at times,  she had that smile on her face when she looked at me. I will never forget her and the warm welcome I always felt from her, I will miss you mamaw Jones but I will see you again. Thank you for all your kindness!

Maw Maw was the best grandmother anyone could ever have. I love her so much and I will miss her always. I LOVE YOU MOO MOO :)

What a beautiful day to celebrate the life of the most wonderful mother and grandmother in the whole world. She was such a blessing to everyone. The funeral was absolutely beautiful. The music was amazing. Thank you Tyler Huntley for singing. I know Mom was listening and I'm sure it made her so very happy. Thank you to John Phillips, Justin Phillips, David Leath, Tommy Moore, Randy McGowen, Jon Michael Neu and David Phillips from Mint Hill Fire Dept.for being pallbearers. Mom loved you guys and was always telling everyone how good the fire dept. had been to her. Thank you to MHFD C-Shift for being there for us today. Thank you to all you guys at the FD for all of the help, thoughts and prayers over the last six months. Thanks so much to my sisters for all the love and  care. A special thank you to my husband, children and family for all you did for Mom. It was such a blessing to have Mom at home with us and be able to take care of her. I enjoyed getting to spend this time with her and care for her. She is so precious to me and I'm am going to miss her so much. "I LOVE YOU MAMA"       We will have so many wonderful memories to share with everyone. Thank you to everyone for all of the cards, visits, phone calls, prayers and support during this time. Mom got so excited everytime the mail came. She got cards everyday. She had so many loving friends. She loved her telephone. It just made her day to get phone calls. She could always count on her sweet little Rosanell to call her each day. When visitors came, she lit up like a light bulb. She loved everyone. Thanks so much for all the prayers. She knew everyone was praying for her and it made her so happy. We know Mom is in heaven now with Jesus and she is no longer in pain. She is having a celebration with Daddy, Carolyn and all of her friends. We know we will be with her again one day. May God bless each of you always and for everything you did for Mom.We love you Mama, Maw Maw, Ma, Moo Moo and our little Margie.

Russ, you and your family have been in our thoughts and prayers.  I did not know until yesterday and read it in the paper.  Your grandmother was quite the LADY.  I remember our first meeting at homecoming she and Inez always made "tag alongs" feel so welcome and I will miss her wonderful hugs.

Russ, our thoughts and prays are with you and your family.  Your grandmother made everyone feel a part of her family and loved everyone she met.  I'll never forget first meeting her and Inez at homecoming the first time.  I was kind of scared not knowing what to expect and I was just a "tag along" but after meeting them I felt like one of them.

To Nancy,Janet, Theresa and family- My deepest sympathy in the loss of your beloved mother. Everyone loved her. She lived a very good life and had the best children she could ever had. The love and comfort you all gave your mother during all her life and her last stages of life were the best that you all could have given her. You are such a warm and very loving family. May the lord be with you always and let it be known that all of your friends are deeply thinking of you at this very difficult time.

Dear Janet, Nancy, Teresa and family:
Margie touched so many people and I have so many memories of her over the past 55+ years. The one that keeps coming to mind was when Wanda passed away. I got a call to come to the hospital and when I stepped off the elevator Margie was waiting for me; she took my hand, said, "let's talk for a few minutes," and guided me to a sofa where she told me that Wanda had passed away. She showed such caring and compassion that touches my heart to this day. She will be missed by many and is an inspiration for all of us. Nancy, when our ears burn, we will know our mothers are discussing our youth-and only in a good way, I'm sure.

Maw Maw Jones, I love You and you will be missed. When I told Luke I had gone to see you last week, He said I love her, she gives the best hugs! I would like to thank the Thomas Family for taking such good care of our Maw Maw, My Aunt Janet, and my Mother. She is in a better place and not in pain.

What a pleasure and joy to have known such a caring and loving lady.  I will always love her and treasure many fond memories.  My prayers are with Teresa and her family during this difficult time.

Neighbors and friends for a long time, I was proud to call Margie my friend.  My love and prayers are with the family  especally Teresa who  was relentless in the care and love for her Mom.

Praying for comfort for each of you in the loss of your sweet mother.
