Robert is survived by his beloved granddaughter, Dana Silverman.
He was preceded in death by his former wife, Marlene (neé Strier) Silverman, Of Blessed Memory; and his son, Steven Silverman, Of Blessed Memory.
Funeral services for Robert will be held Tuesday, January 23, 2018 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Groman Eden Mortuary, 11500 Sepulveda Blvd., Mission Hills, CA. Services will be officiated by Mr. Jeffrey Greenfield.
Robert is an Honorably Discharged Veteran of the United States Army, Korea, and he will be buried in Riverside National Cemetery, in Riverside, California, on Wednesday, January 24, 2018. Burial at Riverside National Cemetery will be private.
