Mr. Albert Ray Yelton

Mr. Ray Yelton, 69 passed away at his residence on Wednesday, November 14, 2012. Mr. Yelton was born February 26, 1943 in Mitchell County N.C., son of the late Joice and Frances Edwards Yelton. Survivors include his wife: Loretha Yelton of the home, two sons: Donavon Yelton (Robin) of Concord NC, Dion Braswell of Monroe, one daughter: Tabatha Williams (Todd) of Monroe, three grandchildren: Terra Williams, Trey Williams and Anna Yelton, three brothers: Bryson Yelton (Barbara) of Hickory NC, Michael Yelton (Frieda) of Bakersville NC, Larry Dean Yelton (Clara Jean) of Bakersville NC, five sisters: Beulah Gardner of Bakersville NC, Shirley Neal (Bud) of Fla., Marty Buchanan (Terry) of Texas, Linda Ramos (Juan) of Md., Shelia Sparks (Allan) of Bakersville NC.

The family will recieve friends and relatives for visitation Friday November 16, 2012 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at McEwen Funeral Home of Monroe.

Graveside funeral services for Mr. Yelton will be 10:00 AM Saturday November 17, 2012 in Lakeland Memorial Park, with burial to follow.
