Barbara Anderson Dunn, 74, of Locust, North Carolina, passed away peacefully on January 18, 2018. She was born in Jenkins, Kentucky on September 15, 1943, to the late Alexander and Elizabeth Anderson.
Barbara was a home health nurse and had a special gift of caring for the elderly. She received hundreds of letters from her patients and their families thanking her for her compassionate care.
Barbara is predeceased by her loving husband, William Hugh Dunn, III. She is survived by her three children, Michael Dunn and wife Shari of Locust, NC, Daniel Dunn of Atlanta, GA, and Kathryn Seehawer
and husband Tim of Phoenix, AZ; and three granddaughters, Cameron Dunn of Phoenix, AZ, and Haylee and Lyndsee Dunn of Locust, NC. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial gifts may be
