Mrs. Elizabeth “Betty” Bischoff, 97 died Sunday, July 6, 2014. Mrs. Bischoff was born January 29, 1917 in Philadelphia Pa.; she was a retired sales person with J.C. Penny Company. Memorial services will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at Amazing Grace Lutheran Church, with Pastor Richard Carter officiating. Survivors include one daughter: Barbara A. Lopez Waxhaw N.C., one son: Bill Bischoff of Pineville, three grandchildren: Torey Parsons and Travis, Kelsey Hitchner and Jeremiah, Bradley Lopez and Lauren, four great grandchildren: Kaden and Chloe Parsons, Ryland and Everett Hitchner. McEwen Funeral and Cremation Service of Monroe is serving the family of Mrs. Bischoff.
