George Robert Coley, age 81, of Pageland S.C., passed away on January 7, 2015. He was born in Union County to the late James and Julie Fox Coley. He is survived by his wife Linda Coley of Pageland; two sons, George Dean Coley and Danny Ray Coley of Lancaster; two sisters, Louvina Wingate and Kathleen Piercy of Monroe; brother, James (JC) Coley; and many nieces, nephews, great - nieces and great -nephews. A visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m. on Monday, January 12, 2015 at McEwen Funeral Home of Monroe. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 in 6 Mile Creek Cemetery, 7520 Charlotte Highway, Indian Land, S.C. 29707. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Union County, 700 W. Roosevelt Blvd., Monroe, NC 28110.
