Mr. Jim B. Moser, 86, died Sunday, April 17, 2011 at Gaston Memorial Hospital. Mr. Moser was born September 15, 1924 in Union County, son of the late James B. and Clara Helms Moser; he was also preceded in death by his wife: Gladys Howard Moser, Jim was retired from the Fuller Gulf Oil Company. Visitation will be Monday, April 25, 2011 from 12:30 until 2:00 P.M. in the McEwen Colonial Chapel in Monroe, Memorial Services will follow at 2:00 P.M. in the McEwen Chapel, and interment will follow in Lakeland Memorial Park. Survivors include one daughter: Cynthia Moser Mical of Lowell N.C., grandson: James Scott Allen and wife Jennifer of Mt. Holly N.C., grand daughter: Karla Allen McCullough of Lowell N.C., three great grandchildren. McEwen Funeral and Cremation Service of Monroe is serving the family of Mr. Moser.
