Mary W. Baucom

She was born September 10, 1915 in Union County, NC; the daughter of the late Mr. Thomas Griffin and the late Mrs. Lela Hailey. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her first husband: Benford Web; her second husband: Clemon Baucom.

Mrs. Baucom loved flowers, coloring books, and crossword puzzles.

Mrs. Baucom is survived by two sons: Edwin Webb and wife Jamie, Gary Webb and wife Linda; one granddaughter: Cindy Walden; three grandsons: Jeff Webb, Michael Webb, and Tommy Webb; five great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.

The family will receive friends and relatives for visitation Saturday February 20, 2016 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at McEwen Funeral Home in Monroe.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Baucom will be held Sunday February 21, 2016 at 2:00 PM in the Faulks Baptist Church, 2234 Faulks Church Road, Marshville, NC. With Dr. David Richardson and Rev. Frank Crump officiating, with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
