Peter Fomin

Peter was born on April 5, 1968 to Andrey and Yevgeniya Fomin. He grew up in Kurganinsk, Russia and graduated from college in the city of Brest where he specialized in radio technology. In 1990, he moved to California and married Natalia. Together they had three wonderful children. Peter had many hobbies including fishing, playing tennis, watching sports, music and cooking. However, his highest joy was spending time with his family.

Peter is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his loving wife, Natalia; children, Mark, Daniel, and Emily; and grandson, Levi.

A visitation will be held on Friday, January 26, 2024 from 11:00 am until 12:45 pm at McEwen Funeral Home of Monroe, located at 204 South Main Street, Monroe, North Carolina.

A service to celebrate his life will be held following the visitation at 1:00 pm in the McEwen Colonial Chapel with burial following the service at Waxhaw City Cemetery.
