Ann H. Loyal

LOYAL, Ann H., 69, a resident of Montgomery, died Thursday, September 12, 2013. A loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, she was a devoted and long-time member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church, where she was a Stephen Minister, office volunteer, recording secretary of the Church Council, and still active in the program she helped begin, the Family Promise Program. She was always giving to others and thinking of them, not herself. Her Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 15, 2013 from 4 – 6 PM, at Alabama Heritage Funeral Home, followed by her Life Celebration Service on Monday, September 16, 2013, at 11 AM, at Aldersgate United Methodist Church, with Rev. Glen Pugh officiating, with interment following in Alabama Heritage Cemetery. Preceded in death by her parents, Grady and Evelyn Ragsdale, she is survived by her husband of 50 years, Bill Loyal; daughter, Jennifer Loyal Brooks (Lloyd), sons, Barry Loyal (Teena) and Travis Loyal (Sherri Wade, girlfriend); grandchildren, Amanda Loyal, Carson Loyal, and grand-dog, Champ Brooks. Pallbearers will be Jim McKinney, Eddie Caldwell, Ken Whittle, Pete McCutchin, David McCutchin, and Doug Loughridge. Honorary Pallbearers will be the Berean Sunday School Class @ Aldersgate.
