Ann Mitchell West, otherwise known as Mickie, 72 of Montgomery, Alabama, passed away on Wednesday, August 24, 2022. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mitchell Kirkland and Sara Kirkland. She is survived by her daughter and husband, Mary Elizabeth and Mike Bateman of Denver, CO; daughter and husband, Ann-Marie and Jack Stripling of Gainesville, FL; her two grandchildren, Ceely Bateman and Maximilian Stripling; sister, Krista Clark of Hamilton, AL; and her devoted significant other, Bill Coley of Montgomery AL.
Mickie was a die-hard Alabama football fan, a dedicated and loving grandmother, an avid churchgoer, and a lover of antiques. She had a larger-than-life personality, and she will be missed by all those who loved her.
