She was a devoted wife of 48 years, a loving mother, a caring sister, and a treasure of a friend. Denise was grounded in her faith, delighted in her animals, found joy in gardening, doing arts and crafts and especially loved anything with glitter. She loved books, video games, and a passion for preparing meals, especially her loved ones. She cherished her time with her husband. To those who knew her, Denise was more than special; she was a steady presence, a great listener, and a source of comfort. Her love and impact will be carried forward by those who were lucky enough to know her. Luke 10:19
Survived by her beloved, Marion G. “Bo” Bishop, a son, Marion A. “Tony” Bishop, a daughter, Lauren Blake Bishop, brothers and sisters, Arlene Mahood, Karen Spradlin, Brian Gjesvold, Keith Gjesvold, Lori Gjesvold, and Eric Gjesvold.
