WHATLEY, Donna Lynn Tidwell, age 45, a resident of Montgomery, AL, passed away on February 16, 2013, after an extended battle with cancer. Survivors include husband, Robert Whatley; parents, James and Joan Tidwell; sister, Sharon (David) Watts; grandmother, Grace Parham; uncle, Malcolm (Glenda) Moore; sister-in-law Geri-Anne (Drew) Warman; brothers-in-law, Carl (Margie) Whatley and Patrick (Denise) Whatley; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; many dear friends; and devoted dogs, Bella and Bodhi. Donna was a member of Taylor Road Baptist Church. She retired from the State of Alabama, having last served as a senior accountant with the Alabama State Department of Education. Services will be held on Wednesday, February 20, 2013, at Alabama Heritage Funeral Home in Montgomery, AL. Visitation will be at 10:00 a.m. with the service to follow at 11:00 a.m. Pallbearers will be Charlie Gillis, Steve Gillis, Drew Warman, David Watts, Carl Whatley, and Patrick Whatley.
