

Evelyn Ann Bullard, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, passed away on April 23, 2026, at the age of 90. She leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and unwavering devotion to her family.
Evelyn lived a life centered on caring for those she loved most. She found great joy in cooking, especially preparing meals that brought her family together around the table. Her kitchen was a place of warmth, laughter, and lasting memories, where love was shared in every dish she made.
She is survived by her four sons: Ralph Bullard; Jim Bullard and his spouse Tracy Bullard; Ronnie Bullard; and John Bullard and his spouse Sandy Bullard.
Evelyn’s love continues through her cherished grandchildren: Chad Bullard and Jennifer Bullard; Jermey Bullard and Laura Bullard; Krystal Bullard; and Blake Bullard and Hayley Bullard-Durgins.
She was also blessed with many great-grandchildren who brought her immense pride and joy: Abby Bullard, Racheal Bullard, Auburn Bullard-May, Ella Bullard, Leah Bullard, Jace Bullard, Gage Bullard, Kyle Wagoner, Colton Bullard, Holly Yeagle, Kylie Durgins, Kross Durgins, and Kapri Durgins.
Evelyn was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Edward L. Bullard; her mother, Ruby Harville; her father, Frank Harville; her brother, Jim Harville; and her precious great-granddaughter, Adaleigh Grace Bess.
Though our hearts are heavy with loss, we find comfort in the promise of her faith and the words of scripture:
“Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many mansions… I go to prepare a place for you.”
— John 14:1–3
Evelyn’s life was a beautiful reflection of love, faith, and dedication to family. Her gentle spirit, kind heart, and the countless memories she created will live on in all who knew her.
She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.

Heavenly Father,
We thank You for the life of Evelyn Ann Bullard and the love she shared so freely with her family and friends. We are grateful for the memories, the laughter, and the countless ways she touched our lives.
Lord, we ask that You wrap Your arms of comfort around her family during this time of loss. Give them peace that surpasses all understanding and strength for the days ahead.
We take comfort in knowing that Evelyn is now in Your presence, where there is no pain or sorrow, but only eternal peace. Thank You for preparing a place for her, just as You promised.
May her love continue to live on in each of us, guiding our hearts and reminding us of what truly matters.
