Gerald G. Coleman, “Gerry”, age 75, a resident of Pike Road, AL passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2011. He is survived by his wife, Kaye C. Coleman; four sons, Lee H. (Lani) Coleman, Grant G. (Katie) Coleman, J. Adam Mikell and T. Hunter Norris; six grandchildren, William, David, Thomas, James and Caroline Coleman and Baylor Mikell; and a very special friend, Murray Johns, “My Bro”. Funeral services will be held in the Chapel of Alabama Heritage Funeral Home at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 10, 2011with Rev. Rhon Carleton officiating. Family and friends will reassemble at Brookside Cemetery in Millbrook for burial. Visitation will be on Monday, May 9, 2011 from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. at Alabama Heritage Funeral Home. Active pallbearers will be: Rick Coleman, Randy Coleman, Randy Hall, Patrick Carmichael, Bart Mercer and Chad Mercer.
Honorary pallbearers will be Robert Owen, Pat Ryan, Bill McCorvey, Ron Martin and Jackie Bryant.
