I’m saddened to learn of the passing of my former co-worker and friend for over 10 years at TBN. Mrs. Jackie (Abott) as I always called her was one of a kind. My funniest memories with was her lunch selection, she probably ate Chick-Fil-A for lunch everyday and never got tired of it (lol). She always attended any event I had outside the station and always had a kind Spirit. I give my love to Joanna, Jody and the family during the difficult time. I also lost my Father this year and know it’s not easy.

Ms. Jackie... for many years you were the guiding light at WMCF-TV (TBN)... you were the first one who greeted everybody with your warm smile, a friendly word, and true dedication to making us all better, not just as co-workers, but as people in general. I know we all tried your patience at some point, but you never held it against us. One of our saddest days was when you retired from TBN, but you never left our hearts. On behalf of Mr. Motley, Larry, Paul, Walt, Terrance, Jennifer, Rick, Nikki, Edwina, and myself, we mourn your loss, but we celebrate that you are safely in the arms of Jesus, our Savior, fully healed, fully whole, free of pain, and shining in all God's glory! Until we do meet again, (this time, FOREVER!) we love you, and rest well!

Nana, I will miss you dearly. I loved Sitting with My Mother and you at church. I knew you snd she had me a place saved because I would always be late. thank you for loving us. Everyone knows Jacob loves his Nana. He always looked for you at church and if you were not there he want me to make sure you were was ok.
I know you are rejoicing to be with your Lord and all your loved ones. We will miss you but will see you one day soon.
We love Nana,

I have fond memories of coming over to the house and visiting. She was such a fun lady. She will be missed and the world just won’t be as much fun without her her. Our prayers are with her family and Godspeed to Mrs. Upchurch.
