James M. Owen, age 76 of Montgomery, AL passed away on December 13, 2016. A native of Montgomery, AL, he graduated from Lee High School. James made his career as an Insurance Agent for State Farm Insurance for 41 years. He was a member of Dixie Division Military Vehicles Club of Montgomery and had a passion for flying and military vehicles, especially his jeep.
James is survived by his two children; Phil Owen(Christine) and Dana Leigh Camerio(Mike); five grandchildren; Jay Owen(Valarie), Taylor Rice(Krysta), Will Owen(Kali), Michael Camerio, and Kayli Camerio; three great grandchildren; and his siblings; Jean Sullivan, Jane Crowe(Jerry), and Ken Owen(Susan).
The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 17, 2016 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm. Celebration of Mr. Owen’s Life will immediately follow at 4:00 pm.
