She is survived by her husband of 63 years, William Jefferson Rutherford; her daughters, Robyn Rutherford Toothaker (Harry), Ami Rutherford Wicks (Kenny); and her five beloved grandchildren, William Jefferson Toothaker, Hudson Joseph Toothaker, Richard Alexander Rogers, Jr., Anna Lawson Rogers, and Kennedy Marie Wicks.
A family memorial service is scheduled for October 6th at the Alabama Heritage Funeral Home in Montgomery. In lieu of flowers, her family requests donations be made to the Alabama Sheriff's Girls Ranch.
