

Kenneth C. Bodden, age 91, of Brentwood, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, November 21, 2025. He was born on January 21, 1934, in Theresa, Wisconsin, to the late Clarence H. Bodden and Ruth (Lyons) Bodden.
Kenneth married the love of his life, Audrey Bodden, on January 3, 1958, in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Their marriage of nearly 67 years was his greatest joy, and he always cherished the day Audrey became his wife, along with the births of their four children. The couple lived in Montgomery for most of their marriage. Kenneth served in the United States Army with an honorable discharge and later retired from his life’s work in waste management.
A devout Catholic throughout his life, Kenneth deeply valued his faith and proudly called Holy Family Catholic Church his home parish since moving to Brentwood, Tennessee in 2013.
Kenneth is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Audrey; his father, Clarence; his mother, Ruth; his brothers, Ronald J. Bodden and David L. Bodden; his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Bodden, Carolyn Bodden, Lela Mitchell, and Maxine Burdette; his brother-in-law, Samuel (Bud) Burdett; and his nephew, Todd Bodden.
He is survived by his children, Mark (Linda) Bodden, Mickey (Kala) Bodden, Marcia (Daryl) Dixon, and Michele Bodden; grandchildren, Lauren Bodden, Blair Bodden (Kevin) Wilson, Taylor (Caroline) Bodden, Baley Bodden, and Coleman Dixon; two great-grandchildren, Neil Chapman Bodden and Windham Charles Bodden; his brother, Daniel Bodden; and sister-in-law, Mary Bodden.
A Memorial Mass will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church in Brentwood, Tennessee, at 11:30 a.m. on November 29, 2025. The church will open at 10:30 a.m. to receive friends and family for visitation prior to the Mass.
A graveside service for Kenneth will be held on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, 11:00am at Alabama Heritage Cemetery, 10505 Atlanta Highway, Montgomery, Alabama 36117. Should inclement weather be an issue than services will be moved in doors at Alabama Heritage Funeral Home & Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the Bodden family asks that donations be made to glaucoma glaucoma.org or Alzheimer’s research Alz.org in Kenneth’s honor.
