

It is with deep sorrow that the family of Kenneth M. Cole II announce his passing. Kenneth, who described himself as “sweet loveable Ken”, departed from this life on October 6, 2025, at the age of 78.
Ken was born in Tottenville, Staten Island, NY to the late Kenneth and Theresa Cole.
He was involved in the Scouting Program from Cub Scouts through Eagle Scouts. Ken served his country for two years in the U.S. Army and worked for and retired from Consolidated Edison, NYC after 36 years. After retirement he moved to Montgomery in 2006 and within a few years he joined the “Early Birds”, a group of men tennis players at O’Connor Tennis Center. He played tennis for several years and joined and enjoyed their Friday morning “Breakfast Club at Chappy’s Deli on Perry Hill Road. Ken’s servant heart was evident in the work he did with MIND, Montgomery Institute of Neurological Development and the RTJ Golf Tournaments in Prattville and Auburn. He served as one of the “water and ice” delivery men at the filling stations along the course.
Ken was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Richard.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Kathryn Cole, sons: Kenneth Cole III (Beth), Stephen Cole and Max Billings, grandson, Joshua Billing, brother, Alan Cole (Kimber).
