She was devoted, loving, and nurturing to her family, spending as much time as she could at every event in her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren’s lives. She loved participating and volunteering, and was behind the scenes for everyone, selflessly putting in time at school events, sports, and teaching catechism. She was also the neighborhood “Mom”.
Jennifer was a fixture around St Mary Parish, working in advertising sales for The Daily Review for almost 20 years and then a dedicated employee of Oceaneering International for over 20 years before retiring from service.
Jennifer was preceded in death by her great grandson, Coy Joseph Percle. She is survived by and will be forever cherished by her two children, Penny Percle Dalfrey of Houston and Charles Gabriel Percle (wife Dawn) of Patterson. She will be remembered and loved by her grandchildren Elijah Percle, Zachary Percle, Isaiah Dalfrey, and Elise Dalfrey; and by her great grand children Willow Dalfrey and Emery Percle. She will also be missed by her many “adopted children”, whose lives she touched and whom she loved greatly.
A time of visitation and funeral mass will be held on April 11th, 2026 at 10:00am at St Stephen Catholic Church in Berwick Louisiana, led by Father Sal Istre, followed by a Celebration of Life at Kingdom Come Church in Bayou Vista Louisiana.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests honoring Jennifer by donating to her favorite charity St Joseph’s Children’s Hospital.
