Louis was a cherished companion, devoted son, loving brother, and dear friend. His heart truly belonged to the water, and he found his greatest joy navigating the beautiful waterways of Louisiana. As a boat captain, he poured his soul into a profession he loved deeply. From a young age, his fascination with boats and their motors was evident, and he reveled in the thrill of speed.
When he wasn’t on the water, Louis could often be found immersed in drawing or cranking up his favorite music, which had a way of announcing his arrival long before he did. His presence was always felt, and his laughter and music filled every space with warmth and joy.
Louis shared a special bond with his siblings. While there was a playful rivalry with his sister, his affection for his baby brother was boundless. Over the past five years, their bond grew stronger, bringing immense joy to Louis' life. His life was also enriched by the love of a wonderful woman who he cherished deeply, knowing she was his lifeline.
Louis’ memory will forever be treasured by all who knew him. His spirit and the love he shared will remain in the hearts of those who were lucky enough to be part of his life.
Those left to cherish Louis' beautiful memory is his mother, Katherine Morden; his sister, Tammy Fryou; his baby brother, Timothy Morden; his companion, Skeeter Lopes; his niece, Courtney Fryou Guilliotte; and his stepdaughters, Chelsea Garner and Angelique Oncale.
He was reunited in heaven with his father, Louis Joseph Fryou Sr.
In keeping with Louis' wishes, cremation will take place with private services being held by the family at a later date.
