WE AT CLIPPERS BARBER SHOP ARE SO SORRY OF THE PASSING OF PAUL. HE AND I BECAME FRIENDS IN THE OLD DAYS AND NEVER FORGOT WHO WE WERE. PAUL WILL BE MISSED. HE WAS A GREAT GUY AND FREND TO ALL WHO KNEW HIM. AGAIN WE ARE SO SORRY TO HEAR OF HIS PASSING MAY HE REST IN PEACE.

So sorry Karen, Alex, and Madison for your loss.  Lifting you all up in prayer during this time.  Praying especially that you experience the “peace of God which passes all understanding to assure your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.”  Philippians 4:7

Spring of 1973, took a trip with Paul and friends up the east coast into Maine and Canada, camp cooking and sleeping in woods and roadside parks over a 2-week excursion.  Here we stayed at a friend’s house in Massachusetts.  We each had just $100 cash when we left and had money left over when we entered Louisiana when we returned.  Great time.  Those were some great days.  We reconnected in the last year and spent a few hours each visit drinking coffee and catching up the last few months, and we would pray together about his health and well-being.  He came to know and grow closer to God during these times.  I know without a doubt he is with Jesus and is rejoicing in complete healing and the joy of the Lord.  I will miss him greatly.  Our loss is heaven’s gain.

So sorry to hear the news of Paul’s death.  We were childhood friends and enjoyed many good times.  Godspeed…

Paul held your dads family together. We will help Karen, Alex & Maddie carry on his Legacy. 

I am so proud of you. You were small but mighty. You fought with all your might two diseases. As much as we all want you here, you are no longer in pain.  But, no one can take you from our hearts & memories. I love you so much, until we meet again. XOXO

Paul was my brother...we grew up together, served in the Army together and shared life's ups and downs. I don't remember Paul ever being mad, he was the peace maker and always grateful for the life he lived. And what a beautiful life! Thank you for a lifetime of memories my brother. 

Met Paul in Frankfurt, Germany when we were in the Army. We were both on the same train as we made our way to our new base in Nellingen.
He was not only a great friend, he was also the best man at our wedding in 1978!
In 2014, Paul, Pel, Norm and I got together again in Vegas after not seeing each other for over 30 years!

Paul... will miss you, my friend. But memories of all the fun times will always make me smile.

He leaves his legacy to his loving wife of 38 years, Karen Percle Cook; daughters, Alex Neil and her husband Jacob Jr. and Madison Fromenthal and her husband Dustin. He also leaves behind his 6 grandchildren, Kenslee, Isabelle and Lincoln Neil, Preston, Jude and Oliver Fromenthal; 1 brother, Errol Cook and his wife Joan and a host of nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly.
