There are so many memories. Senior prom the gang with to grand isle. Sammy made 18 that night. We got nasty bar pizza and beer to celebrate. Then we through him in the gulf, he still had his tux on.
But the best is June 8, 1974 at about 2:45 p.m. He was best man at my wedding. He passed out at the altar; unknowning to me that he had an appendix that was about to rupture. Didnt take long for him to be rushed from reception to emergency surgery. He knew the night before but would not tell me cause he didnt want to disappoint me. I love that man. Sure gonna miss you Breaux!
Love you, always Pete

I loved Sammy very much, one of the cousins we were close to growing up. I’ll always remember his bright blue eyes and sense of humor. Rest easy, cousin.
