Anthony ‘Pat’ Kokx, age 85 passed away on April 29, 2011. He is survived by his wife Betty; two children, Terry (Sarinya) Kokx and Susan (Dale) Crawford; six step-children, Geraldine Skinner, Marinda Wyant, Danny Rushing, Thomas (Dawn) Rushing, Stella Dagen, Timothy Rushing; numerous grand and great grandchildren including, Michelle (David) Miller, Marilyn (David) White, Terry Kokx Jr. and Daniel (Stephanie) Crawford; a sister Dorothy Hatch. He was preceded in death by his wife of 39 years, Margaret Kokx in 2003, and a brother Donald ‘Pete’ Kokx. Pat was a veteran of the United States Navy serving during World War II; he was retired from Continental Motors and was a longtime member of Black Creek Bible Church. Funeral services will be held at the Ever Rest Funeral Home and Chapel on Monday, May 2, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Lawrence Bush officiating. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 3 to 6 p.m. and on Monday from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Memorial contributions may be directed to Black Creek Bible Church.
