Dorothy was born in Green Township, MI on September 6, 1925. She was the oldest of 8 children.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Glen and Justina (Thayer) Ward; her husband, John Ross; and a grandson Barry Lee Clark, Jr.
Surviving are her children, Dena and Claude Sebright, David and Pam Peck, Dan Peck, Darlene Peck and Kathy Cook, Connie and Brian Langlois, Sally and Pat Maxfield, Sandy and Roger Sitzer, and Dale and Bonnie Peck; 13 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; 1 great great granddaughter; sister Bonnie and Haorld Mattson; sisters-in-law LaVonne Smith and Virginia Lenartowicz; many extended family and friends.
A celebration of Dorothy’s life will take place Saturday, June 11, 2016 from 11:00am to 1:00pm at the VFW Hall on 68th Street in Coopersville.
Burial will be in Sunrise Memorial Gardens, Muskegon.
Arrangements are by Ever Rest Funeral Home, Muskegon.
