Evelyn enjoyed going to the casino in Manistee in her free time. She married Robert Benninger in 1969 and the couple spent many wonderful years together before her passing. She was a funny and loving woman who will be dearly missed.
Evelyn was preceded in death by: parents, Merton and Lydia Scalf; son, Steven Brock; and daughter, Sherry Ostrander.
She is survived by: husband, Robert Benninger; daughter-in-law, Lynn Brock; grandson, Jason (Angie) Brock; and great-grandchildren, Wyatt, and Lily.
In accordance with Evelyn's wishes, cremation will take place and there are no services being planned at this time.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Harbor Hospice.
