Jeanette Marie Goodman

Jeanette Marie Goodman (79), devoted wife of James K. Goodman and loving mother passed away, May 9th, 2020 at her home in Muskegon, Michigan. Jeanette was born March 19, 1941 to the late Gladwin and Helen Dennison. She married James K. Goodman June 20,1957. Four children were born from this union; Cathy (William) Ensign, James R. (Roberta) Goodman, Brenda M. (Daniel) Goodman and Laura L. (Gregory)

Goodman-Dyga. Jeanette most enjoyed spending time with her family;

mushroom ?nding, camp?res, holidays and watching football games. She

enjoyed the sites of nature at the couples' property "Goodman's Keeps Me

Broke". She also very much enjoyed the quiet times, a cup of coffee at the

kitchen counter, reading a book, or listening to country music. She was a

loving and caring person; Jeanette was often caring for children of others

or caring for animals. She was often the caretaker of rescued, forgotten or abandoned animals. She bottle fed babies and kittens alike. Jeanette is

survived by her husband, James K. Goodman, daughters, Cathy Ensign,

Brenda Goodman and Laura L. Goodman, Sister Genevieve (Doug)

Harmsen, grandchildren Brandy Mitcheltree, Carly (Patrick) LaFontaine,

Sara (Timothy) Thompson, Ashley (Brett) Harper, T.J. (Jennifer)

Goodman, Kelcy (Brian) McArthur and Lea R. Dyga. She is also survived by brother in law Charles (Donna) Goodman, sister in law Carol McIntyre, 12 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

A private family service will be held at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
