In her working years, Linda ran two adult foster cares in Muskegon. Linda was a loving mother and devoted grandmother. She adored her family and always put them first. She was a loving, caring, and fiesty woman who will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by: husband, David J. Powers I; sister, Paula; parents, Mike and Pauline Mangino; and parents-in-law, Shirley James and Betty Powers.
She is survived by: children, David (Allison) Powers II, Mike (Nancy) Powers, John Powers (LeAnn Lynn Sehr), and Jim Powers; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers, Mike (Lynn) Mangino, and Martin (Janice) Mangino; several nieces and nephews; as well as, many other extended family members and close friends.
In accordance with Linda's wishes, cremation will take place and she will be buried at Sunrise Memorial Gardens, next to her husband.
