Lucille Ethel Howe was 82 years young when she went home to meet the Lord on December 5th, 2025. She was born in Muskegon, MI on February 28th, 1943 to her devoted parents Lester and Lulu Gilbert. Married in 1960, Lucille became a loving mother to her three children, Debra Garrow (Clayton Parrott), Jerry Wayne Howe (Jill Ferguson), and Dawn (James II) Johnson.
She spent several years working for Sam’s Club were she made life long friendships. She filled her time with reading, camping, music, going out to eat, Hallmark movies, travelling with friends/family, and most importantly BOWLING.
She leaves behind the broken hearts of her three children, six siblings, ten grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. We draw comfort knowing she goes to reunite with the Lord along with her parents, several brothers and sisters, a grandson, and a great-grandson. She also leaves and reunites with friends and extended family too plentiful to list. Lucille lived life the way a person should-- with love and kindness.
