Pat worked at Muskegon Piston Ring for many years up until her retirement, and was a member of the local United Auto Workers Union. She was a full time aunt, and loved spending time with her many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. She enjoyed reading, playing Skip-Bo, all things bright and colorful, and had a special place in her heart for animals. She will be dearly missed.
Pat was preceded in death by her mother and father Hattie and Frank, an infant sister Ruthie, and her brother Ronald Miers.
Pat is survived by loving sister-in-law Betsy Miers, many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, many extended family, and by her beloved bird Sam.
A celebration of Pat’s life will be held at Margaret Drake Elliott Park in Muskegon on Friday, September 2, from 11:00-3:00pm.
