On July 22nd, 2016 we lost our mother and grandmother. Daphne Joan Elwood passed away peacefully at Trillium Care Home in Parksville, B.C..
She left behind three sons; Thomas (Sherry), Stephen (Kaye) and Jim (Lorri) as well as her four grandchildren Chelsea, Jordan, Alexandra and Victoria.
Daphne was always a loving and active part of her families lives from sports events to school concerts! She was also an active part of the different communities that she lived in; the Sunfish Swim Club in North Delta, the Japanese Garden Society on Mayne Island, not to mention the bowling league and miniature club in Parksville.
As per Daphne's request there will not be a service but we hope that you can take a moment every now and then and remember why Daphne held such a loving place in your heart.
