Dave is survived by his wife Joanne his children Valerie, Brian, Christine son-in-law Jim, grandchildren Melissa, Hayden grand daughter-in-law Becca, great grand son Jordan and his little buddy Jackson.
Dave was a long-time member of the Gyro Club & Odd Fellows, which he loved being a part of and all the friends and good times that came with. For many years he was a member of the Nanaimo Golf Club and used to really enjoy heading out for a round. Dave and Joanne spent the last 20+ years travelling the world always on to another adventure. The last few years were difficult, but Dave fought and overcame almost everything thrown at him. To the end, he was more concerned for his family than himself. He was loved so much and not a day goes by that he is not missed and in our thoughts.
Celebration of Life will be held at the Royal Canadian Branch Legion 256, 1630 Wellington Road E, Nanaimo, on June 15, 2025, from 1:00 to 4:00 pm
