Dear Gabby & Sophie, I think of you all sometimes in memories of good times together…. the Disney Vacation at my friends home, Brian wheeling me out of Epcot when I couldn't walk due to ailment, the guys walking around on a beautiful summer night with a cigar and beer in Germany, and the many delicious dinners you cooked at your home. The times in restaurants where we savored fine cuisine and great conversation. Our girls loved playing together , and had so much enthusiasm in their hearts as young loved children. His smile and heart is still alive and always will be within you both. Sending you both hugs today and always . 

My condolences to Brian's wife, daughter and brother, Bobby.  I knew Brian since childhood.  We went to Marist High School together and shared many classes.  We also played football for Marist lining up next to each.  Brian was a tough, dedicated and dependable teammate.  RIP.

I've known Brian for many years and will truly miss the kind, caring and giving person that he was.  There is one memory I will never forget and have Brian to thank for making a very difficult time in my life just a little easier when he extended his kindness without hesitation.  A gesture of kindness that will never be forgotten.

I've never forgotten the first time I met Brian. He went out of his way to hold a door open for me. I remember thinking that he was really nice and kind. His polite gesture was especially impressive since at the time Brian was 5 and I was 6  at the time.  In all the years I've known him, that never changed.

Brian did a lot of nice things for his friends without any expectations. He had a giving heart. He was the friend  you could always count on. He was generous with his time and knowledge. He could always make you smile. He never looked for thanks. That wasn't his way. 

When Brian married my best friend, both of our families spent so much time together. We celebrated holidays, took a few vacations, watched our daughters grow into adults together. Brian's passing will leave a huge hole in my family's heart. You will be truly missed. Godspeed Brian and R.I.P.

We knew Brian since he was a little boy in St. Andrews school.  He grew into a beautiful young man.  We attended Sophie and Brian's wedding. We broke bread with them on Christmas holidays.

Brian had such a big heart.   He was always there to lend a helping hand no matter who it was.

Sophie and Gabby our words cannot express how sorry we are for your loss.  Your in our thoughts and prayers.

I send my sincere and deepest condolences to the Campbell family on the loss of this good soul...Brian Campbell. Bob and I attended Franciscan University together and also lived in the same household....House of David. I consider Bob & Erin good friends of mine. I believe Brian came to FUS during my senior year there. May his soul rest in eternal peace. 🙏

Was at his wedding how handsome and happy he looked. His bride was beautiful. A great couple. Hope that he is heaven praying for all of us here on earth. They say that,"only the
Good die young". Could there be some truth to that?



I knew Brian in college, first as the brother of my roommate, then as a brother knight in the Knights of Columbus, then as a good friend in his own right. I remember him giving comfort to a mutual friend whose buddy had just passed on. "Just remember the good things about him," Brian said. 
    Grateful to have known you, Brian. Godspeed. 

Brian was a very special man. I trusted him implicitly and will always be grateful to him for more then I can say. I truly considered him part of my extended family. Brian, rest in peace 

Brian was just an acquaintance but whenever I saw him he was very pleasant and always had a smile on his face. I’m very sorry to learn of his untimely passing. My sincere condolences to his family and friends. I know he will be missed. 

Brian was always genuine, kind, gregarious, personable, generous, sharp minded , and a deep thinker with a tender straight forward approach. His intelligence and knowledge about a myriad of subjects made him a well versed conversationalist, compounded with his handsome looks , captivating eye contact, and quick wit making him the most interesting and likable man in the room. He enjoyed people and personable exchanges with a warmth that was encompassing. I first knew him as a ten year old boy , but even then he was very special and already mature beyond his years. He understood people and life at the cusp of what they were, and never took either for granted. Once I earned his friendship, I received tenfold back. In our young twenties he didn't hesitate to rise to the occasion of heroism to me when I nearly collapsed in a crowd in the streets of NYC while others close to me froze. One didn't have to fear in your weaknesses or imperfections . Brian didn't judge others by your inabilities,  but by your capabilities . When our families enjoyed a day in Epcot I had lost all strength and ability to stand. I was flushed with embarrassment and feelings of inferiority at my sudden situation happening again. Brian AGAIN without hesitation, got a wheel chair and made it seem like it was his privilege to roll me to our car and DID IT WITH A SMILE. He loved his roots, his family, especially his wife and daughter , his friends, his history and always saw the good in all. I am honored to have been his friend . His actions and smile are unforgettable.
