Christine Loraine Higgins

Christine Higgins was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Joan (Dault) & Barry Westcott on March 14, 1961. She married her amazing husband, Joseph Higgins, on December 4th, 1992, in Naperville, IL. She worked as a Realtor for over 25 years, earning many achievement awards throughout her career. She actively raised money in support of Breast Cancer Awareness. She enjoyed spending time with her family, going on cruises, reading books on her Kindle, watching crime scene investigation and comedy shows, and loved listening to Motown music.

Christine is preceded in death by Joseph Higgins, Loraine Jacobsen, Barry Westcott, Bryan Westcott, Jr., Tim Westcott, and Cindy Lynn Westcott.

Christine is survived by her sons, Anthony Robertson, Bryan Westcott, and Joseph (Emily) & Brian (Laura) Higgins, her mother, Joan, her two brothers, Duane (Julie) Westcott and Scot Westcott, and the grandchildren (Rylee, Gracie, Maia, Liam, Bryanna, and Rianna).

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 31st from 11am-2pm, where funeral services and entombment will immediately follow the visitation at 2:30pm at Hodges Funeral Home (525 111th Ave N, Naples, FL 34108).

The family of Christine wishes to extend our sincere thanks to her dear friends (BFF Denise, Amy & Brent, Kyle & Louann, Cindy & Geoff, Jan & Joe, Janet, and Kelley) as well as special aunts, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Florida Cancer Specialist’s Foundation (FCSF.org) in Christine Higgins’ name.
