Born on July 9, 1937, in Braddock, Pennsylvania, Dorothy was raised with strong values that guided her throughout her life—faith, family, determination, kindness, and a deep appreciation for living fully. Her faith was a quiet but steady source of strength, shaping the way she loved, served, and encouraged others.
Dorothy was married 67 years to her beloved husband, Robert “Bob” Radzevich, cofounder of Allegheny Refrigeration in Pittsburgh, who preceded her in death in 2024. Together they built a life rooted in love, partnership, and unwavering support. She was his rock—and ours.
Beautiful inside and out, Dorothy had a wonderful sense of humor, a determined spirit, and an adventurous heart. She was always ready to travel at a moment’s notice, including trips to Europe well into her late 80s. People were naturally drawn to her infectious positivity, encouragement, and genuine warmth. She had a gift for lifting others up and making them feel truly valued. Her laughter was contagious.
Above all, Dorothy was a devoted “mama bear” to her children and grandchildren, fiercely loving and endlessly caring. Her family was her greatest joy and proudest accomplishment.
She is survived by her loving children, Christy (Jerry) Regan and Rob (Kathleen) Radzevich; and her cherished grandchildren, Lauren, Lindsey, Brett, and Kathlyn, each of whom carries forward her love, strength, and joyful spirit.
A Mass and Celebration of Life will be held this spring in Murrysville, Pennsylvania. Details will be shared at a later date.
Dorothy now rests in the loving arms of her Lord and Savior, reunited with her beloved Bob. Her life was a blessing, her memory a treasure, and her faith a legacy that will continue to guide those who loved her.
