

Proud of his upbringing, Frank was a native of Lowell, Massachusetts born October 11, 1954, the son of the late Frank and MaryHarriet Duggan. He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church in Lowell, Massachusetts.
Frank was an avid golfer. During his years in Lowell, as a longtime member of Vesper Country Club in Tyngsborough, Massachusetts, Frank would often be golfing with friends and family. Never at a loss for words, Frank's personality, quick wit and supportive outlook was admired by all.
Frank moved to Naples eleven years ago and immediately became an anchor in the community. Following a successful career of 40 years in medical equipment sales, Frank continued his success as a real estate agent for Premier Sotheby’s International Realty. As a 1976 graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Frank was active in the alumni association as the Assistant Alumni Director of Southwest Florida Massachusetts Alumni and was active in creating a memorable St. Patrick's Day Parade and Red Sox Jet Blue Experience.
For over 10 years, Frank was a Naples Community Hospital volunteer and a former auxiliary board member, Ambassador for the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce, a volunteer at Saint Ann Catholic Church and the Naples Wine Festival.
Commended for his dignity, character and loyalty, Frank was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, uncle, brother and friend.
He is survived by his loving wife Diane Ditto of Bonita Springs, Florida, his children
Francis J. Duggan IV, Marykathryn Duggan, Stepdaughter Amy Rubin from Naples Florida and Stepson Joey Rubin from Los Angeles, California; one sister, Maryann Longval and her husband Scott Longval of Englewood, Florida; one brother, James Duggan and his wife Lanette Duggan of Dennisport, Massachusetts; three grandchildren, Christian Duggan, Aubrey Hicks and Nola Rubin; five nieces and nephews; Brooke Longval, Teresa Duggan, Robert Francis Duggan Jr, Matthew Duggan and Abigail Duggan.
Frank's life was rich with friends and family who adored him and he will be dearly missed.
Services will be January 13th at 2:00 pm at Saint Ann’s Catholic church in Naples, Florida.
