Beloved husband of Brenda Lee. Loving father of James Jr. and Michael. Loving grandfather of two. Dear brother of Barbara (James) Bastys, Greg (Veronica) Haire of Georgia, and Erick Haire of Washington. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
At age 12, Jimmy began fixing bicycles at the Sunshine ACE Hardware store in Naples, Florida where he continued working for more than 40 years, retiring as the store’s manager. After retirement, he continued working in sales at Tamiami Ford for more than ten years. Jimmy was also a long-time board member for the Swamp Buggy Races. He was an avid Harley Davidson enthusiast who enjoyed any excuse for a ride.
A graveside memorial and interment service will take place on Friday, July 1, 2016 at 10:30a.m. at Naples Memorial Gardens, 525 111th Ave. N., Naples, FL 34108.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society or the Humane Society would be appreciated.
