Lee Ann Shingleton

Lee Ann (Flower) Shingleton, age 68, of Naples, Florida passed away on Saturday, February 22, 2025 at NCH Hospital, Naples, FL. Lee Ann was born in Parkersburg, WV on August 30, 1956, the daughter of Leo E. Flower, Jr. and Hazel R. Flower.

A graduate of St. Marys High School Class of 1974, followed by attending West Virginia University. She was a licensed insurance agent and a principal of Flower Insurance Agency, founded by her father in 1954.

Lee enjoyed life as it came, WVU football and basketball, time at the beach, and friends and family. Lee was a member of the St. Marys United Methodist Church in St. Marys, WV.

Lee Ann is survived by her husband of 45 years, Randy D. Shingleton, daughter Kristian (Steven) Wetter of Ft. Myers, FL, her father-in-law, Paul D. Shingleton, her mother-in-law, Betty A. Shingleton, step grandsons, Jacob Wetter and Evan Wetter, and step granddaughter, Delaney Wetter.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Jeanne T. DeVincent and Barbara F. Simpson.

A private graveside service will be held Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at Hodges Funeral Home at Naples Memorial Gardens, 525 111th Ave N, Naples, FL 34108.
