She was born in Detroit MI on April 30, 1930. Lena was devoted to her family for 93 years. On June 6th, 1953, she married the love of her life Sam Migliore. They spent 64 wonderful years together. They are dancing in heaven together in a rose garden.
She is survived by her 4 children, 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Her Children: Roseann Coapman (Larry) , Stephanie Trupiano (William ), Annette Wallace (John) , Sal Migliore (Jien). Her Grandchildren: Melissa, Joseph, Kathleen, Adam, Mia, Samuel, Liana and Isabella. Her Great Grandchildren: Parker, Isabella, Gianna, Hudson, Nicolas, Dean, August and Harper. All will remember that she lived each day to the fullest.
Her dedication, love and care for her family was her life’s work. She kept everyone together with weekly Sunday spaghetti and meatballs. She made the family a little sweeter with cheesecake and cannoli on every holiday. She has been a Naples resident for 35 years. She will be greatly missed by her family and everyone that her came in contact with throughout her life. Migliore means “The Best” in Italian. She truly lived her life as the “The Best" wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to all.
A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church (5225 Golden Gate Parkway, Naples, FL 34116) on Monday, September 18, 2023 at 10am . Following the mass will be the inurnment at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (625 111th Avenue N, Naples, FL 34108).
Celebrate Lena’s wonderful life at Seascape of Naples (3490 Thrive Drive, Naples, FL 34105) on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 2PM. Join Lena’s Family and Friends for a recognition of a life well lived. Please wear bright colors in her honor.
