Susan Jayne Fularczyk

Our hearts are heavy as we announce the sudden passing of our dear mother, Susan J Fularczyk, on January 27, 2024, at the age of 80. Susan was a beacon of love and warmth, a wonderful mother, sister and friend.

Born on February 13, 1943, Susan spent years in St. Louis, MO, where she cultivated the values that would shape her into the remarkable woman we all knew and loved. She later moved to Detroit, MI, with her beloved husband Ron Fularczyk, and together they embarked on a journey that led them to their final destination in Naples, FL, where they retired and embraced the tranquility of their golden years. Susan found joy and fulfillment as a member of the Sand Dollars. Her artistic spirit flourished through her passion for painting, a hobby that allowed her to create countless beautiful masterpieces.

Susan was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ron Fularczyk, and her sister, Cheryl Hehmann. She is survived by her son Patrick, daughter Kelly, daughter Shannon, daughter-in-law Linda O’Brien, son-in-law Greg Wind, son-in-law Ije Nwaeze, grandchildren Lindsey, Shauna, Ryan, Brianna, Isabella, Isaac, sister Barbara, and brother William.

In accordance with Susan's wishes, a celebration of her life will be held at the Heritage Green Community Center on February 17th, from 1 pm to 3 pm. We invite all of Susan Fularczyk's loved ones to join us in commemorating the beautiful life she lived. Let us come together to share stories, laughter, and tears as we remember the extraordinary woman who touched our lives in so many profound ways.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to American Lung Association in Susan's memory. May her soul rest in eternal peace, and may her memory continue to inspire and uplift us all.
