He is survived by his wife, Sheila Picone; son, Tyler Picone; grandson, Atticus Picone; and sister, Caitlin Manning.
Frank was active in the ASEC (Avenger/Sebring Enthusiasts Club), Salt Water Aquarium community, and Pirate cosplay community. These communities have led Frank to win an award at NOPI for his car, "Domestic Disturbance" and best male hero cosplay for his Jack Sparrow. Frank was a very personable man with a determined creative eye that led him to many communities where he soared and left a lasting impact.
Relatives and friends are invited to a memorial gathering on Saturday, April 13, 2024 from 12:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. New Orleans, LA 70124. A private interment will be held at a later date.
