Beloved wife of the late Earl William Russell. Daughter of the late Ernest James Peppard and Gwendolyn Ledbetter Peppard. Loving mother of Gwen Russell Gaspard (Sam), Alan William Russell (Linda) and the late Melvin Ernest Russell and Scott Earl Russell (Pam). Sister of Mona Fay Hodson. Adoring grandmother of Dawn L.
