Catherine D. Pastor

She is survived by her daughter, Catherine P. deVeer (Joseph); her son, Danny S. Pastor (Mary); grandchildren, Allison J. Pastor, Lori P. Thoits, Steven Pastor, Erin P. Mire, Alyssa D. Greer, Erica D. Miguez and Brittany P. Estrade; and great-grandchildren, Sebastian J. Pastor and Kashmera Pastor, Tommy and Claire Thoits, Mary Catherine, Anna and Joseph Greer.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Cooper J. Pastor; her sons, Kenneth L. Pastor, Dr. Thomas Pastor and Rodney J. Pastor; and her grandsons, Christian T. Pastor and Nicholas L. Pastor.

Catherine was a member and Past President of the Louisiana Extension Service Suburban Homemakers Club for over 20 years. She was also a parishioner of St. Ann Church and National Shrine in Metairie, Louisiana as well as a founding parishioner of St. Raphael Church. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who was well loved and affectionately known for her good nature and generous heart. She will be deeply missed by all.

Relative and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass held at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home in New Orleans on Friday, February 2, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum.

In lieu of flowers, Masses preferred.
