Clair, born July 1, 1928 was a resident of Metairie, a Business School graduate, and worked for a number of companies including Sears & Roebuck, and as a private secretary before her retirement.
She is survived by her husband of 70 years, Milton Julius Wessing (married, August 1952) Clair and Milton enjoyed a wonderful life through their travels across the United States and Hawaii. Clair was a long time member of St. Catherine of Siena Church and wholeheartedly supported all of the church’s endeavors.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Anna Frances Zweifel and Charles William Lafrance, Sr. and her siblings, Charles William Lafrance, Jr. and Helen Mae Lafrance. The family expresses a special thanks to her dear friends, Marion and Chuck, who were always there for her regardless of the circumstance.
We will miss the feisty little lady who had an abundance of energy! May God bless and keep you Aunt Missy.
