Clayton Anthony Boyer

Clayton A. Boyer, resident of Bay St. Louis, passed away on Friday, October 6, 2017 at the age of 74. He was born in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late Ethel and Hudson Boyer. Beloved husband of Jeannette Lagarde Boyer. Father of Monique Boyer Boudreaux (Ryan) and Giselle Boyer. Brother of Deborah Boyer McWilliams, Karen Boyer Loupe, and the late Joan Ann LeBlanc and Larry Joseph Boyer. Grandfather of Bryan Boyer Hagen, Benjamin Ryan Boudreaux, and Jeanne Olivia Boyer. He is also survived by many of his friends in Bay St. Louis. Clayton graduated from Behrman High and UNO Business College. He was an entrepreneur who worked as a prominent men’s hairstylist and owned the Biscuit Palace Guest House. He was a lover of travel, people, and gardening. Clayton had a passion for cooking, orchids, and koi ponds. He will be remembered as a truly exceptional witty and accomplished man who loved people and the world he lived in. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at 12 PM in the Chapel of Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd in New Orleans. Visitation will begin at 9 AM.
