Consuelo Patrica Bolivar, age 72 passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at 3:15 p.m. after a short illness. She was born in Bogota, Colombia to the late Louis Enrique Bolivar and Maria Theresa Morales Bolivar. Loving sister of Costanza Grice, Teresa Hufnagel, Sophia Baglione, Martha Thomas and Louis Bolivar. Sister in law of Michael Baglione and Guerald Grice. Adoring aunt of Elizabeth Hufnagel, Ashley Hufnagel, Nicolas Grice and Christopher Grice. Consuelo studied at the University of Arizona where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design. She worked at Fabrix, Eathan Alley and JC Penny.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Visitation at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. New Orleans, LA 70124, on Saturday, October 12, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. with a Memorial Mass to follow at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be private.
