Fay Ann Arbelle

Fay Ann Cunningham Arbelle, a retired Key Punch Operator for Katz & Bestoff for 30 years, passed away on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at the age of 74 years. Beloved wife of James J. Arbelle for 51 years. Daughter of the late Millie Meyers Cunningham and Ernest W. Cunningham. Sister of Sandra Lojszczyk (husband Gene). Survived by eight nieces and nephews. Fay Ann enjoyed watching the Saints, LSU, Tulane sports and Soap Operas. She loved bingo, casino slots, 50’s music, Mardi Gras, decorate for the holidays and was a very good dancer. She was a member of the Krewe of ISIS; Irish Channel (9) and volunteered for the Special Olympics. She was a very generous person, helping others and enjoyed cruises with a lot of friends. A native of New Orleans, Louisiana and a resident of Metairie. The family would like to personally thank Dr. David Myers, the nurses, nurses aids and all the other staff employees of Jefferson Health Care for their wonderful care that was rendered to Fay Ann during her stay. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., New Orleans, LA.. 70124 on Saturday, December 6, 2014 at 1:00 PM. Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM. Interment at Lake Lawn Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942 would be appreciated.
