Felix worked hard as a tugboat captain, but his free time was devoted to spending time with his dogs, Smedley, Millie, and Megan, who were as dear to him as children.
Felix is survived by: his parents, Felix Dugas, III and Karen Dugas; his brother, Christopher Dugas; his niece, Cala Dupuis (Brock); his nephew, Kolbe Dupuis; and his great-niece, Adaline Jo Vanatta.
The family would like to give special thanks to Michael Pace for being a loyal and dedicated friend to Felix.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum.
