Gail R. Denny

Gail was born in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1958 and was the daughter of the late Charles W. Ruckstuhl, Jr. and Doris H. Ruckstuhl. She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Louis Denny. Gail was a sister to Jay Ruckstuhl, Jerry Ruckstuhl, and Sandra D. Hernandez. She was preceded in death by her brother, Charles E. Ruckstuhl. She was a mother to Christina D. (Shawn) Troulliet, Louis C. (Terrie) Denny, William Denny, and Sandra D. (James) McElveen. Grandmother to Hayden Denny, Brooke McElveen, James McElveen, Jr., and Makayla McElveen.

Gail was a devout Christian, enjoyed playing weekly video games with her brothers and friends, spending time with her dogs, and assisting the elderly with errands.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church, 6425 W. Metairie Ave. in Metairie, on Friday, March 14, 2025 from 10:00AM until 12:00PM. The Funeral Mass will begin at 12:00PM with the interment to follow at Lake Lawn Park.
